What is the shelf life and storage requirement for Mari’s Hummus?
- Shelf Life: Our hummus is preservative-free and has an 8-day shelf life from the production date printed on each jar.
- Storage Temperature: Must be refrigerated at 3-5 degrees Celsius.
- Freezing: If not consumed within 8 days, you can freeze hummus leftovers for up to 4 months—it freezes perfectly!
- Note: Leaving hummus unrefrigerated for extended periods can reduce its shelf life, it must always be in the fridge with the lid closed properly.

- Uncooked Falafel Nuggets/Burgers:
- Frozen Storage: Must be kept frozen at -18 degrees Celsius.
